Easter Egg Hunt

Today we went with some friends to the YMCA/Lake Carolina Egg Hunt.

Ok, we use the tern "hunting" lightly. Madison, Hannah, and Macy had NO problem finding any eggs, as you can see (they were empty....you traded them in for a goody bag).

When we got home, it was egg dying time!!

Monday Madison's CD class Welcomed Spring with a Spring Hat Parade through the school. Here they are in all their hats!

Weekend Update

Well, I've been without cable, internet, and phone since Saturday, so I couldn't post all the goings-on....Here's WHY I had none of those things:

No, none of these are my house, thank God, but my poor little town was hit hard. ONE STREET away, there was a LOT of damage. I was less that .5 miles from the F3 tornado. Scary!

Now, on to more fun news.....

Saturday started with a train trip with her Nana, Papa, and the Easter Bunny.

Sunday we had our friends over for some fun in the sun and an Easter Egg hunt in the backyard.

Tonight was Lake Carolina's Daddy-Daughter Gala. They have been looking forward to this for a month! I wish I could be a fly on the wall!

The Last of the Birthdays

This weekend we went to the last 2 birthday parties (at least for 3 weeks). Friday we went to Zachary's party at Leapin' Lizards (fitting since he is a LEAP baby!). Saturday we went to Erin's. It was such a nice day, we played outside a lot!
