Previews (Spoiler Alert!)
Here are 2 previews of some upcoming events. Look for these coming soon....
First is her school pictures:
Next, is Halloween! She's a mermaid (BUT NOT ARIEL, she says!) Hopefully it will make it to Halloween, as she has 2 parties the weekend before where she has to be in costume (one of which is at a pumpkin patch - hay rides, ponies, and a mermaid costume with sequence?!)

Little Gators
On Friday, Madison got to wear her "Little Gators" shirt to school b/c they had a concert. The Learning Station....every kindergarten teacher's dream concert! :-) She had a blast (he was at MY school that morning and I am so sore from dancing!!). Here is the Little Gator t-shirt:
And here she is singing her school's song for her Nana & Papa:

Prize Patrol
When I picked up Madison on Monday, Mrs. Ball (the TA) said "Oh, Mom, do we have a suprise for you!" Madison jumped up and ran into the other room where she showed me this.....
Why yes, that is a giant, Madison-sized Fionna doll! She won it at school (her name was pulled out b/c she has sold 5 items in the fundraiser) and got to accept in on the Lake Carolina Morning Show!!! How cool! Mrs. Boswell said she did a great job accepting and even talked! I've heard from several teacher friends and children of co-workers about it. She was so excited!! Now we have Fionna to sleep with at night - she takes up half the bed!!

Madison's Getting Married?!
Tonight....
Madison: Mommy, is that your wedding ring?
Mommy: Yes
Madison: But I don't have one.
Mommy: One day you will when you are older and find someone to love and you get married.
Madison: I already found someone to love and marry.
Mommy: Oh yeah, who?
Madison: Walker.
Mommy: You're going to marry Walker?
Madison: Yes, but he won't marry me now. We're to young.
Mommy: Have you asked him?
Madison: No, but when we get older I will ask him and we'll get married.
Ahhhhh....my daughter's getting married!

Madison's ME Box
Yes, I am a sentimental sap. And yes, I do plan to be this bad with the 2nd one (if there ever is one). :-) Madison had her first project this weekend. You Kindergarten teachers will recognize it immediately......it was her Me Box! She was so excited after seeing Mrs. Boswell's box. We all helped decorate it and it was stuffed full! Here's what was inside:
Pics of: us, Madison & Erin in their Gamecock uniforms, her old class, she & Mulan, she & Cinderella, and Disney World
A High School Musical singing card, ballett slippers, a doll, a pink pencil (her fav color, of course), a USC mini football helmet, and a Chicken McNugget container (part of one anyway)
PROJECTS?! My baby is all grown up!

School Update
Madison has made it through 2 weeks of school now and is doing well. We had a few "missing mommy" moments, but she's having a great time. She talks about it all the time. She has her first project due Tuesday (guess we better get crackin')! Here are some random pics I've taken a couple mornings before we left.
