Friday Fun!

Today was a busy day! Erin came over to swim, we went to see Colby, and Grandpa & GiGi came!

SWIM TIME.....Madison was splashing around like a fish! She even swam ALL the way across the pool with her head under (video coming).

Zoo Night

Thursday night we went to Member's Night at the Zoo.....SO FUN! Madison got to ride the carousel, watch a 3D movie, pet a penguin....all for free! I have a cute video, but it's taken forever, so I'll try tomorrow.
PS - Yes, it IS 1:43 am.....I have been on the phone with Time Warner since 11:00 trying to fix my modem! It's finally done, and Law & Order is finishing up, so I may as well post! :-)

NECC Conference

Not Madison related.......

I'm in Atlanta at the NECC conference (Technology). It's SO HUGE! I am presenting at the SMART Technologies booth. I got to hear SMART's CEO this morning at a special Media Briefing!My feet are KILLING me!! We went to the aquarium last night and are going for another banquet tonight. Luckily it's free - did you know it's $30 to get in! WOW! It was pretty awesome though!

Madison seems to be ok so far without me. :-) They went swimming and she went off the diving board 3 TIMES! Can't believe I missed it!

Happy Father's Day

We had a wonderful Father's Day today!

First we went to church. Madison looked cute, as always!

After church, we went to see Shrek, the Third. It was very cute (better thanSurf's Up).

Finally, we went swimming - even Mommy got in!

SUMMERTIME means.......

SWIMMING!!

We went to a birthday party today and Madison had a GREAT time on the water slide. She was zooming down full speed! Oh, and we got to swing at the pinata too (not the best aim - maybe we should hold off on the T-Ball for a couple more years!)

When we got home, Daddy was done setting up our pool so they had a (very chilly) swim.

Knocked Up

Ok, another non-Madison post......

Mike & I went out to celebrate our anniversary & went to see the movie "Knocked Up." It was, seriously, the funniest movie I have seen in a long time! It was AWESOME! And the way it portrayed marraige (and pregnancy) was dead on! It was HILARIOUS!

Madison started the summer attending her very first CAMP (the kind where Mommy drops her off and leaves!). She had so much fun with her buddy Hannah. It was a combo - dance, gymnastics, cheer. Her favorite part was the cheering. On the last day they had a little performance to show off what they had learned. Here are some pics (video is SLOWLY coming).

I am a web guru, but this is my first time having a Blog. Everyone else is doing it, so why not? I currently have a web site for my daughter (http://www.madisonmobley.com/), but it's getting too hard to manage. Maybe this will be an easier way. Not as many pictures, but I have months of pictures that haven't made it on her site yet anyway, so what good is it doing me?!
