Heritage Night

Last week Child Development held Heritage Night. Our family showcased our Mexican/English heritage. :-)

Madison & Hannah had fun trying all the ethnic foods, clothes, and jewelry.

SNOW!!

I have to admit, I didn't think it was going to happen. They called school off the night before and I thought they were crazy, but we woke up and there it was! Madison was ready to go!!

The snow was the best place to find a pile of snow, so that's where we went for snow "balls" and our tiny little snowman with no eyes or arms. :-)

She loved trying to catch snowflakes on her tongue.

Erin & Liam came over to play in the snow too.

The girls headed out to throw snow at each other and catch snowflakes on their tongues.

More Birthday Fun

Today started with a party at My Gym for Nicholas. Isn't he a cutie?!

The kids had so much fun playing and playing!!!

Later that day we headed out to play with Hannah, Alex, and "Aunt" Stephanie while the Daddies dusted off their rackets to get back into tennis shape.

It was such a beautiful WINTER day and we had so much fun playing.

Party Time Part 1

Our Birthday weekend started with a double feature for Alex & Harrison.

We had fun bouncing around of course. Even "Aunt" Stephanie joined in.

We also had fun spending tokens on the games. :-)

Next we headed to the Collins' house for John Henry's FIRST birthday! Is he a cutie or what?!

Even the parents got to play some. It WAS a Rock Band birthday party!

Our house was invaded by fairies, princesses, and superheroes on Saturday for Madison's 5th birthday party!! Madison just HAD to have her fairy Godmother, Sarah Dippity, come to do some magic.

The princesses loved her and her Tickle Monster!

They even got to come up and help with some magic tricks!

All the kids were mesmirized by the magic (and some adults too, I think).

She got lots of great gifts...necklaces, crafts, art supplies, web cam.....so much!
