This Week....

This week was fun for Madison. She had Hibernate with a Good Book day at school and I came to read with her class.

This weekend she went to stay with Nana & Papa. Chester got a nice ice/snow mix so she was able to see a little white stuff finally!!

My Baby is 5 MONTHS OLD!!

It's hard to believe Peyton is 5 months old already! Where does the time go?! So what's she been up to?

-She LOVES peas! She eats oatmeal or cereal in the morning and tries some fruits and veggies at night. She hasn't found too much she likes yet except peas. :-)
-She is sitting up SO GOOD! She loves sitting in her stroller, her tub, and the high chair at San Jose's! As long as she has one hand on something, she's good.
-She's rolled over about 5-6 times from back to belly. I FINALLY got a video this week after many tries!
-She loves to smile and laugh! Especially when she's being tickled!

Here's the video we got of her rolling over....

An Update?

I know it's been a while, so here's what the Mobleys have been up to....mostly enjoying our lovely weather outside.

Peyton's been enjoying lots of things inside too.....like her exersaucer and PEAS!

We've had lots of birthday parties. Harrison and John Henry had an awesome bday party!
We went on a tour of the fire station downtown. We even got to see them slide down a real pole!

First Week of 2010

The Mobleys started the new year off busy! Here's a recap.....
************************************************************
It was a COLD week here (though my Illinois family will laugh that we think 30 is cold). Peyton had to try out her new sack. Man, it's FUN trying to get her in the car seat!!
************************************************************
Tuesday was Madison's actual 6th birthday.
We celebrated with San Jose's OF COURSE where Peyton sat in a high chair for the first time. She did pretty good.

Then we went home and had our birthday cake and candles!
************************************************************
Later in the week, Peyton tried PRUNES for the first time. Let's just say it wasn't her favorite.

************************************************************
Oh, and to top it all off....Friday my husband surprised me with this fun Christmas clearance purchase:
Yes, it's lovely, isn't it?

Christmas with Grandpa & GiGi

Peyton and Madison had a great time with Grandpa & GiGi after Christmas.

We had Christmas AGAIN and got some fun presents from the grandparents.

Peyton loved her new swing!

Also this week, Peyton is loving her new Exersaucer. She is getting better at grabbing things (and trying to get them in her mouth of course).

Peyton had fun hanging around Madison while she watched TV in the laundry basket. She stood up for a long time while leaning on the basket. She's getting so strong!
