LAST DAY OF SUMMER

.....or the last day of "Spending Mommy Time" as Madison put it. :-) We couldn't let an all day rain ruin our last day of freedom!

It began at 8:15 (OF COURSE she didn't sleep in on the last day)! We lazily watched some cartoons on the couch. Then we played Barbies, of course. The big event though, was.....

(PS....please forgive our crazy hair....Madison has decided to brush her heair all by herself now, which sometimes doesn't turn out so great. Keep your fingers crossed that she doesn't have this severe bed head on the first day of school like she did last year!)

Yes, going to good ol' Chuck E Cheese!

Here we had some AWESOME pizza & used up atleast 50 tokens (left over from her last trip with Daddy). Her favorite thing to do is talk to Chuck E on the phone?! Hmmm....who does that remind you of?

And then we spent our 185 tickets on this fabulous bling! ($1 worth of jewelry here that cost us at least 50 tokens.....at 25¢ a piece....you do the math).


We capped it off with ice cream cones on the way home. Didn't get a pic of that...she ate it too fast! :-)

So, tomorrow it's back to work for ol' Mommy. :-( Madison is off to Nana & Papa's and then a few days at the beach with Daddy. I'm sure I'll have NO pictures to show from that b/c Daddy will be in charge, but I'm sure it will be most fun!
