We FINALLY got around to carving our pumpkin tonight! Madison designed the face (I love technology) & I sliced him up. Oh, and the kitty was from Hannah's bday party.

This & That

Ok......quick update on the week. Wednesday was Wear Red Day at school (sorry - too it with my phone). She looked so adorable! Thursday they went on a field trip (not sure why she's got the pink headband and boots - Daddy took this one). Friday Daddy took her to go see HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 3!!!

Friday night the Rollins family came to visit from Atlanta. The kids played like they'd known eachother their whole lives!

Of course the Mommys & Daddys (not pictured) had fun too!

Kindergarten Quote

In line with Holly's funny kindergarten quote....

Every morning we have a trivia question from the chapter book that everyone in school is reading right now. Well, since my kids can't WRITE the answer, I have them draw it and then if I can't tell what they drew (which is usual), they whisper it to me.

So, today's question was "What was Winn Dixie scared of that made him run around the house at night?" The answer was thunder, so most my kids drew some lightning or a storm. One boy, Nick, drew a squiggly line, kinda like a sideways S and told me it was ligthning. Well, a few kids later, another little boy comes up (who sits right next to Nick) and has also drawn the same symbol. When I asked him what it was that scared Winn Dixie, he said "A squiggly."

Happy B-Day Bennett!

Friday was Bennett's 4th B-Day party! We had fun playing Hullaballoo and eating SPIDERMAN cupcakes!!

Sunday Funday

Sunday we had a great family day. First of all, look at this beauty......and chatting on the phoneS, just like her mommy. :-)

We went up to Nana & Papa's house and played out in the "autumn colors" for a while. They were picking up nuts, berries, leaves.....

Next she helped Daddy & Papa play tennis (she was the ball girl).


That night we went and watched Daddy beat up on some other guy in tennis!!

Today we watched the USC game with Anthony....

Well, the kids didn't actually watch any of the game. They were too busy wrestling....

Friday Night Lights

On Friday night Madison & Erin got to go to the SVHS game for FREE! :-)

Colby & Bennett met us there to watch the game (and the cheerleaders).

Thanks, Mrs. Ackerson for the pom poms!

The girls even got to join the cheerleaders on the field at half time for a cheer!
